What is Vibroacoustic Yoga?

Welcome to a new era of yoga. Vibroacoustic Yoga is an innovative practice that combines ancient yoga principles with modern sound technology to create a deeply sensory experience - one you can both hear and feel.

A practice born of sound and silence

Vibroacoustic Yoga is based on the principles of vibroacoustic therapy - a method that has been used for many years for pain relief, sleep support and stress reduction. When these low-frequency sound waves are combined with the calm and presence of yoga, it creates a unique practice where vibrations work with the body, from the inside out.

How it works

During a session, you lie or move gently on a yoga mat placed on top of a specially designed floor that sends sound vibrations directly into your body. The vibration level is individually customizable, so you decide the intensity yourself. At the same time, the sound environment is carefully designed and played through a Dolby Atmos system, creating an immersive, three-dimensional sound experience.

A yoga experience out of the ordinary

This is not a traditional yoga class. Vibroacoustic Yoga combines movement, sound and silence in a holistic experience that touches both body and mind. The vibrations stimulate blood circulation, release tension and support the nervous system to find peace.

Who is it for?

Everyone can join in. Whether you're an experienced yogi or brand new, the practice meets you where you are. It's especially suitable for those seeking peace, new energy, and a feeling of getting deep into the body - without necessarily having to do a lot of physical work.

What can you expect?

As you enter the studio, you are greeted by warm colors, soft lighting and a sensory calm. Sessions vary: some focus on quiet lying down practice without movement, others on gentle movement or classic yoga with vibration. All end with a longer Shavasana - also called Vibration Shower - where you simply rest and receive the vibrations throughout your body.

A new way to recharge

Vibroacoustic Yoga is made for the modern man. A break from screens, thoughts and performance. Here the body is allowed to speak and the mind is allowed to listen. It's not just yoga - it's an inner journey. A reset. A reconnection.
